Return Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect, providing your order number and clear photos of the items.
- 2.Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the provided documentation to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 3.Return Authorization
If a return of non-perishable merchandise is required, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
- 4.Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
